At the Trademark Clearinghouse, we offer two distinct fee structures tailored to accommodate different user needs:

Basic Fee Structure:

Ideal for individuals with a few trademarks who prefer managing their registrations independently. With this structure, you can register your trademark records for a fee of $155 USD per record per year. Payment is conveniently processed via credit card.

Advanced Fee Structure:

Designed for users representing multiple Trademark Holders, which are referred to as “Agents”, or managing a substantial number of trademarks themselves without Agent assistance. This structure offers discounted pricing through prepayment, making it a cost-effective solution for bulk registrations. These discounts are determined by Status Points, earned through registrations and renewals.

How do I choose a Fee Structure?

1. Visit the Clearinghouse – Homepage (trademark-clearinghouse.com) and click on the “Register” option.
2. When completing the form, you will be presented with the following options:
   • Holder: You will register your own trademarks and pay a base fee of $155 per entry with a credit card.
   • Holder (Prepay): You will register your own trademarks and make a $15.000,00 deposit, fully redeemable to purchase any of our services. Any remaining balance is refundable upon contract termination.
   • Agent (Silver): You will register trademarks for your clients and make a non-refundable deposit of $5.000,00, fully redeemable to purchase any of our services.
   • Agent (Gold): You will register trademarks for your clients and make a $15.000,00 deposit, fully redeemable to purchase any of our services. Any remaining balance is refundable upon contract termination.

The ‘Holder’ account uses the Basic Fee Structure, while the ‘Holder (Prepay), ‘Agent (Silver)’ and ‘Agent (Gold)’ options, use the Advanced Fee Structure. Choose the option that best aligns with your preferences and requirements.
