Accepted Trademarks

The Clearinghouse is dedicated to verifying and accepting a range of intellectual property, including:

• Registered trademarks: Nationally or regionally registered word marks from all jurisdictions
• Marks protected by statute or treaty: Word marks protected by a statute or treaty in effect at the time the mark is submitted to the Clearinghouse for inclusion
• Court-validated marks: Word marks that have been validated through a court of law or other judicial proceeding

In the event that other types of marks are proposed for acceptance at registry’s request, additional guidelines will be made available on the website, ensuring clarity and transparency.
