After activating the report for you mark record for the first time it may take up to 48 hours before the first report is generated.

Brandpulse reports can be activated by Trademark Agents and Trademark Holders that opted for the pre-pay model.

To activate a report you will first need to opt in to the service for your account. This can be done by navigating to "My Account" and opting in to the service.

To activate a Brandpulse report for an eligible mark record, you will need to navigate to the "Services" tab, click on Brandpulse Services and activate the mark record for which you want to receive Brandpulse reports.
